Weekly Activities Suncook Senior Center 

Community Lunch Served Every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 12:00PM - So come in enjoy some activities and stay for lunch!

8:45am– 9:45am: Bone Builders Great program, taught by seniors, which helps to build bone strength.  Donations accepted. For more information call Nancy 1-603-485-9181. This class is full, there is a waiting list.

Coffee is available every day, if a pot hasn’t been made and you want a cup of coffee please ask.

Special Events

Chair Yoga every Tuesday from 9am to 10am at $5.00 per person. Once you begin practicing chair yoga, you will start to feel a sense of ease and relaxation flow through your body. Using your chair for seated or balancing poses, you can take advantage of the many benefits yoga provides, such as increased circulation; feelings of well-being; and decreases in blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain. So please join us.

Monday, June 3, at 10:00AM: Mobile Hearing Clinic - At Home Hearing Healthcare is a mobile hearing clinic that provides complementary hearing tests. They service all makes of hearing aids, clean ears, and conduct initial screenings. If you would like a comprehensive diagnostic hearing test, please sign up. An appointment can be scheduled in one of the clinics or in the comfort and security of their own home, based on preference and needs.

Friday, June 21, at 9am-1pm: Sew it up!- We are starting a new sewing club. Here’s an opportunity to begin or finish your sewing project, learn a new technique or participate in a sew-a-long. Bring your sewing machine, your sewing project and your enthusiasm. From experienced sewists to beginners, all are welcome. Space is limited to 15.

Donation Increase for the Meals

 Starting in November, we are increasing our suggested donation for community and Grab and Go meals to $3. This is due to consistent cost increases we all are seeing.
