Spotlight on Business

Spotlight Series

The Allenstown Economic Development Committee (EDC) has undertaken a new initiative whose intent is to foster and promote economic growth by creating a spotlight series on businesses in our community. To do this, the EDC will, over time, engage in informal interviews with each local business.

We plan to learn the following:

• The name and location of the business, when they opened, and the primary contact. (First things first.)
• Why they chose Allenstown and what was their previous location.
• How many years have they been in business.
• What goods and services they offer.
• What is their most popular product or service.
• What community outreach activities they have engaged in or plan to engage in.
• What are their plans for the near future.
• What are their days and hours of operation, phone number, e-mail address, and web address.

The result of each interview will be a Spotlight on Business story published on this web site.
