The intention of the zone change is to include the China Mill Property located at 25 Canal Street, Map 111, Lot 3, in the Suncook Village Infill District;
and to expand the boundaries of the RSA:79-E Tax Incentive District to include this area also. This would allow mixed uses on this property,
and allow potential incentives to developers to redevelop this property. (There is a developer looking at this property for potential development)
