Note that this Meeting is proposed to start at 5:30PM.  It will begin as soon as we have all three members at the meeting after 5:30PM.  The Board will immediately go into Non-Public Session, and then the Board will begin the Public portion of the meeting immediatley following the Non-Public Session.
