ALLENSTOWN PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PUBLIC HEARING
Date of Notice: December 4, 2014
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the Allenstown Planning Board will review the following submitted application(s) for completeness on Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at a meeting beginning at 6:30 PM at the Allenstown Fire Department, 1 Ferry Street, Allenstown, NH. If the application(s) are accepted as complete by the Board, a public hearing will follow immediately after. Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed.
The following application(s) have been submitted for review and public hearing by the Planning Board:
- Minor Site Plan. Advanced Excavation. #2014-04. Map 106, Lot 12 at 166 Granite Street in the CLI Zone and the Groundwater Protection Overlay Zone. Advanced Excavation, requests a site plan amendment of the previously approved site plan to show existing conditions on the property. The applicant is also seeking a conditional use permit under Article XXIV, Groundwater Protection Ordinance.
The agenda for the meeting will be posted per RSA 91-A:2. Refer to the agenda for a listing of other items before the Board, including applications and public hearings that were continued from previous meetings which may be heard prior to the above applications.
