Excavation Activities
Excavation activities are governed by RSA 155:E as well as the Allenstown Earth Removal Regulations. Excavation activities, unless grandfathered, will require a public hearing as described above. Please refer to the Excavation Regulations for information on when a permit is required. Application materials required include:
Completed Excavation Application Checklist
Conditional Use Permit Application, if applicable (see Other Planning Board Activities below)
Signed Fee Acknowledgement Form
W-9 for escrow account
Plans and any supporting documents (studies, pictures, etc.)
