NOTICE OF PUBLIC BOND HEARING

Allenstown School District The Allenstown School Board will hold a public hearing

in accordance with RSA 33:8-a on a proposed bond issue in the amount of up to $12,999,824 for the construction of a new school.

The hearing will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 6:00 P.M.

Here is how you can join the meeting from wherever you are located virtually.

If joining by just calling in, there are two things that we ask you to do in order to help the meeting sound quality and meeting flow.  When you enter, please use *6 to mute your phone line.  When you wish to speak please use *9 to raise your hand, and the moderator of the meeting will ask you to unmute  (*6) and speak when it is your turn.   In the best interest of all attending the meeting live as well as virtually through Zoom or calling into the Zoom.....any disruptive behavior is grounds for being removed from the virtual meeting.)   This meeting is a live and open to the public meeting at the actual meeting location.  The virtual zoom meeting as well the Facebook simulcast is being done to accomodate people during the pandemic as well as record the meeting, so people who can't make it, can watch it at a later date.
