Allenstown Economic Development Committee Meeting

The next event will be the annual Christmas Lighting Contest which is to begin on November 17. That will give residents more time to plan on decorating their homes and sending in photos. If you are decorating your home, by all means join the contest. On December 16, Santa will tour the town in his sled along with a fire and police escort. The other December event is setting up the Ice Skating Rink. This will be totally dependent on weather conditions being cold enough to create ice.

The latest issue of the Hooksett Bridge newspaper has been printed and can be found at Sully's and Aubuchon Hardware. The issue contains four pages of news about Suncook (Allenstown and Pembroke) so we are getting publicity for events in our fine town.

Concert season for 2024 will offer four music groups in May, June, August, and September. We pray that we can avoid rain on those days.
