Commercial or Multi-Family Developments or Redevelopment
Along with the initial development of a commercial property or multi-family project, certain commercial re-development activities and changes of use may require Site Plan application. Site Plan applications are governed by the Site Plan Regulations and will require a public hearing as described above. Please refer to the Site Plan Regulations for the Site Plan Approval thresholds.
