Roadway Weight Restrictions Imposed

The Board of Selectmen at the request of the Road Agent has imposed seasonal weight restrictions on the following roadways; New Rye Rd., Deerfield Rd. from Podunk Rd. to the Deerfield town line, Mt. Delight Rd. from Deerfield Rd. to the Deefield town line, River Rd. from Horse Harness Rd. to the NH Dept. of Transportation facility. The maximum weight limit authorized without a permit is 6 tons. the restrictions take effect on April 13th, 2015 until rescinded by the Board of Selectmen.
Permits to exceed the weight limits can be obtained from the Road Agent at the Highway Department, 485-4276 x 150.
