Town Newsletter Correction and Availability-Poll hours originally had the wrong opening time.

Note that the Town Newsletter Published yesterday had an error on the poll times.  This has been corrected in the newsletter. 

The polls for the Special Election open at 8:00AM and close at 7:00PM!
