Kindergarden Registration/Preschool Title I

                                            2015 SCHOOL ENTRANCE REGISTRATION

FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN/ NEW FIRST GRADERS

Parents of children residing in Allenstown are invited to pick up registration packets for Kindergarten and incoming First Graders. Beginning this fall of 2015, Kindergarten will be an all day program (8:10 am-2:30 pm). Packets are available to be picked up at the Allenstown Elementary School main office.  Children must be 5 years old by 9/30/15 to enter Kindergarten and 6 years old by 9/30/15 to enter First Grade in the fall.  The First Grade registration is for children who did not attend Kindergarten in Allenstown.  Registrations must be returned to the office by Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Registration appointments will be available on June 10th   beginning at 1:00-3:00 p.m. Please call the office at 485-9574 to set up an appointment.

Also required with the registration packet are the following items.  

                                                                Your child’s birth certificate

                                      Proof of residency (a bill mailed to your address)

                                      Your child’s immunization record and physical form (physical

 must be within one year of entry date.)
